BlueDragon Open Source - Launch Date Announced

Published: 9:03 AM GMT, Tuesday, 25 March 2008

The wait is coming to an end. We are working feverishly to get the open source version of BlueDragon into the wild on the 3rd of May 2008 at cf.Objective(), when Vince presents his BOF.

Vince will illustrate the first public open source version of BlueDragon. This will include the building of it, the deployment and other items of interest. If you want to be among the first to witness this, then get over there.

If you want reminded of the upcoming event, then hit button below to set up an email reminder.

In other news, the initial steering committee is nearly complete, and the charter for our project is also going through the final edits. I expect to have the first official conversations with the committee as a whole in the next few days.

The next chapter of the CFML story is starting soon.

Thank you Michael for spotting that. I didn't notice they had prefixed the title. I will ask for them to edit that.

They did ask permission before publishing though.

A certain publishing company (and I use the term loosely) took your post and re-titled it to say something other than what you were saying. I blogged about it and someone noted your top-right comment. It fit sooooo well. :)
